These are my children - happy.
Every day of their young lives they were reminded that their father and I loved them more than any other earthly thing, that they were and would always be our greatest accomplishments. We poured hopes and dreams into them and centered them on the facts that God is good and in control and that loyalty and commitment to family is most important.
For us, these were both our difficult chores and our simplistic joys and rituals. Being a parent is absolutely the hardest job I have ever held and the easiest. Blessed by these happy children and by the friends with whom they share their lives.
